Mallard Cove sleeps up to 8 people and has its own private 1 acre lot with 100 feet of lake frontage. There is a dock and boat lift available for summer use as well (2500 lb. boat weight restriction applies). Next to the dock is a shallow swimming area suitable for small children as there is no steep drop off or rocky shoreline. There is also a fire ring/pit area outside (firewood not provided). Snowmobilers have direct access to Trail #1. Mallard Cove and Teal Wing are conveniently located on adjoining lots to accommodate larger groups, yet still provide privacy for separate parties.

 

Main Floor: Kitchen, living room with gas fireplace with glass doors, dining area, master bedroom, 3/4 bath and patio doors to large deck.

 

Loft Area: Stairs to open loft area with 2 bedrooms each with twin beds.

Lower Level Walk-out Basement: Completely finished with 2 private bedrooms, private full bath, patio doors, and electric sauna.

Upper Deck: Includes patio furniture and Weber charcoal grill.

 

Bedrooms:

• Master bedroom on lower level with queen bed.

• 2 bedrooms in loft area, each with twin beds.

• 2 bedrooms in lower level, 1 room with a queen size bed the other with two twin beds.

 

Baths:

• 3/4 bath on main floor (*shower stall for easier access).

• Full bath on lower level.

 

Amenities: Well-equipped kitchens with dishes, glasses and silverware, small household appliances, and basic sets of cooking utensils, pots, pans and pizza pan. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee pot with filters, and refrigerator with ice maker. Bed linens and a set of 1 dozen towels are provided. Complimentary soap and shampoo available. Color satellite TV, VCR and supply of family videos provided in living room.

 

Smoking: This home is a non-smoking unit.

 

Air Conditioning: This unit is not air conditioned. Box fans are available for use.

 

Pets: Well-behaved family pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times and not left alone in the cottage. We ask they stay off the furniture and that owners pick up any pet messes in the yard.
