Snow Country's full-time Administrative Assistant, Carla Weaver, is an integral part of our team. Carla understands the importance of customer service. When Arlene is out selling properties, Carla can assist you with any real estate question or need that you may have. You will find Carla extremely pleasant to work with; she is competent, organized, and familiar with most transactions as she coordinates many of the office procedures.

Snow Country Real Estate is now a member of the Western Upper Peninsula Multiple Listing Service, which means for buyers we can search more extensively for listings, and for sellers we can expose your property to more potential buyers through this service. We do work with buyers both locally and out of town, and offer quality marketing and professionally prepared brochures on individual properties. We are also a member in good standing with the Michigan Association of REALTORS®.

As part of our marketing, we publish an exclusive recreational real estate guide, advertise on Charter Main Street (local cable channel 27), list properties in the monthly real estate buyer's guide, advertise in recreational markets outside our area, promote all our listings on our own Website as well as www.realtor.com, and provide brochure boxes at most listed properties as well as convenient lock boxes for other agent showings.

Anna Bolich may have been raised in Milwaukee, but she has always been a country girl at heart. After obtaining a 4-year degree in Commercial Arts from Saint Leo College in Florida, she relocated to Ironwood, Michigan where she has lived for over 18 years. Anna has worked as a Marketing Consultant for over 20 years and is anxious to put her sales experience to work for you. Anna has been a licensed Realtor in Michigan since 1985.
